We send our products usually within 3 working days of placing the order. Products are delivered to the billing or delivery address if specified by the customer. As soon as we hand over the goods to the carrier, we send an information email including the package number.
It is possible to pay for our goods by bank transfer or card online via a secure payment gateway. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, a fee of 49 CZK is charged to the carrier.

Receipt of Goods

Upon receiving the goods, we strongly recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and any visible signs of damage. In case of any doubts about the condition of the packaging, we ask that you refuse to accept the delivery.
